Join us for our “Letters to Santa” Event!
Writing the letters to Santa:
❄ Write and Submit: Visit your nearest participating office with your child* to write and submit their Letter to Santa.
❄ Campaign Duration: Letters will be accepted from December 2nd, 2024, to December 18th, 2024.
❄ The Big Surprise: One lucky kid from each participating office will have the chance to win a gift from their wish list!!**
❄ Winner Announcement: The randomly selected winner will be announced on December 23rd via email.
❄ Gift Collection: Winners can collect their wish list gift from their local office starting the week of January 6th.

We’re on a mission to give children everywhere a reason to smile. By fulfilling the wish list of one lucky child at each of our participating locations, we aim to create more smiles, more joy, and unforgettable holiday moments!

*Both the child and their parent/guardian must be present to participate. Children are not required to be a current patient or to sign up for an appointment to participate in this event. Each child may only participate in the event at one office.
** Total value of the prize per child is limited to $50. Each office will be limited to one prize. Please note that Santa may accidentally duplicate gifts already purchased by parents. We encourage parents to discreetly indicate if they’ve already purchased any such gifts on the entry form before submitting to us.
